Profile

Proven Project Developers

We have been around for a long time. Since forming in 1987 the Sanderson Group has built a reputation for creating the country's most desirable retirement villages. And operating them with the same amount of care for our residents that we show our own family. We continue to evolve, and now also apply our extensive experience to other large-scale developments.

Our project portfolio includes retirement villages, aged care facilities, specialist medical facilities, hospitality, retail, accommodation, education and residential subdivisions.

Our proven expertise from project concept to operation means we can take our Developments through the entire process of feasibility to design, engineering and earthworks, infrastructure, consents, and construction to completion including interior fit-out.

We are a significant employer of expert advice and labour during construction, and create ongoing local employment when projects become operational.

We continue to be family owned and operated. Good honest family values govern everything we do. We are well funded and have a solid foundation of experience and expertise to apply to new acquisitions, joint ventures, project financing and development opportunities.
