At Sanderson Group, we understand that needs can change over time. That’s why most of our villages already include—or are planned to include—boutique care residences, offering the highest standard of medical assistance in a setting that prioritises both comfort and dignity.
Designed to reflect the quality and refinement found throughout our villages, these care residences feature spacious, hotel-style suites that create a warm and welcoming environment.
Each residence is permanently staffed by registered nurses and experienced healthcare assistants, with visiting doctors and specialists enhancing the medical services available. If a higher level of care becomes necessary, our on-site team will develop a personalised support plan to ensure your wellbeing is always in good hands.
Select services from the care residence can even be delivered directly to individual homes, providing added convenience and peace of mind.
As a Sanderson Group resident, you’ll also receive priority access to our premium care facilities across all villages*—ensuring continuity, comfort, and trusted support when it’s needed most.
*Care services are currently available at our Tamahere village, subject to availability and entry criteria.
