Sam has recently joined Sanderson Group as Development Manager for the latest retirement village project - The Hill Pukekohe. 

After completing a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce, Sam gained experience working as a civil engineer in land development, focussing on the design and construction monitoring of variety of civil works and streetscape projects.

Since that time he has worked in his family business with a focus on property development, managing a number of projects from inception through to completion across residential home builds and industrial warehouse developments.

With a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach, Sam enjoys overseeing the design and build phases of property development and delivering successful projects.
