Kawakawa Place Industrial Units, Auckland

A proposed seven-tenancy industrial precinct located in Whenuapai (in the area also referred to as Westgate) will be developed by Sam Hammond and Alecia Sanderson, and is designed to meet the need for more light industrial premises in New Zealand’s largest city. The seven light industrial warehouse units (total building area 3,543 m²) are comprised of a clear-span warehouse and two-level office / showroom providing a range of tenancies from light manufacturing and processing to warehousing, storage and distribution.
