With an aim to set a new benchmark of care for Bay of Plenty kids, Bloom Early Learning and Play in Parton Road was custom designed and built by Scott Partners, to cater to the busy families of an ever-expanding Papamoa. “No expense has been spared, with meaning behind every detail from the tiny crowns that adorn the logo to the large pirate ship and race track which you’ll find in the expansive playground. We’ve gone a little overboard in order to provide the best environment,” says Daryl Scott who owns the business with his wife Heidi. Together they worked with the Sanderson Group to create an environment which would enable new approach to quality childcare with stability and calm.
