The Hill

The Hill in Pukekohe will be Sanderson Group's first retirement village in the Auckland region, providing the luxury standard of retirement living synonymous with Sanderson Group villages. The village will comprise 125 homes alongside an 11-bed rest home facility across the 10.7-hectare site.

The resident facilities will consist of a clubhouse featuring a movie theatre, library, piano lounge, billiards room, bowling green, and croquet lawn. Additionally, there will be a health spa (equipped with a gym, sauna, and swimming pool), a hobby shed and a cafe/delicatessen located on site.

All villas are generously sized offering either 2 or 3 bedrooms and a double garage. Each home is appointed with premium features and materials expected of a contemporary luxury home and can be tailored to suit individual preferences.

Resource consents are expected to be granted by the end of 2024, enabling the commencement of earthworks and infrastructure.
