Before joining Sanderson Group, Jared spent 25 years working overseas, during which he built an impressive CV. Initially, he acted as a consultant to various energy, infrastructure, defence, and technology companies, helping address business growth and performance challenges. He then founded and ran Roames, an innovative 3D mapping business, leading its global expansion into Europe and the US. 

Jared's extensive experience and leadership ensure that the Sanderson Group continues to thrive and innovate in the luxury retirement living sector.
