Tamahere Aged Care Facility, Waikato

A 60 suite rest home and 20 bed dementia care facility designed to extend and enhance the services provided by the Tamahere Country Club retirement village and to serve the wider Hamilton community. This proposed development will allow for a smooth transition from the retirement village as residents age and require more daily care. Rooms range from 27 m² to 71 m².
