This facility provides rooms for seven General Practitioners plus a pharmacy serving the proposed Southern Cross Hospital complex. As it is ideally situated between the Lake Hayes and Shotover Country subdivisions and near the proposed Kawarau Heights subdivision, it will serve a large catchment area created by Queenstown’s rapid development in this direction.
