Metlifecare Bayswater, Papamoa

Bayswater was developed by Sanderson Group as a resort style village in keeping with its coastal environment, the beach one block away. Bayswater is a gated community, a mix of stand-alone and semi-detached one, two, and three-bedroom villas (each with its own small garden) and apartments. As is Sanderson’s modus operandi, the Group controlled the development from commencement to completion to create a cohesive tropically influenced ‘playground’ for retirees with a community centre and restaurant on site and a wide range of recreational activities.
