A 68 room rest home, hospital and 20 room dementia care unit complementing the existing Sanderson Group lifestyle villages allowing residents to receive all levels of care throughout their ‘golden years’. The ‘state of the art’ dementia unit was built in conjunction with the District Health Board to incorporate technology and best practise guidelines. Having developed Cascades in Hamilton, the Sanderson Group had valuable experience in building specialist facilities. Bethlehem Views is aptly named as it spans a ridge with panoramic outlook to the Bay of Plenty coast and to the Kaimai Ranges.
