Fraser is a ‘hands on’ owner, being involved in the acquisition, development, construction, marketing, and ongoing operation of the retirement villages/facilities. He has been active in the industry since 1987, developing and operating eight retirement villages/facilities.
Nathan is Fraser’s only son and has grown up working in the business. At the age of 2 Nathan would walk around the building site with his hammer directing staff and ‘helping’ with the construction. He has since studied a Bachelor of Construction majoring in Property Development. Walking the steps of his father, he plans to build on Sanderson Group’s successes and help take it to the next level.
Gary has over 25 years of extensive experience in business and management, including involvement in property development. Gary sat on the Bethlehem College Board of Trustees for 12 years. Gary’s role involves translating our strategy into reality and nurturing innovation to keep Sanderson Group at the forefront of luxury retirement living.
Brendon joins our team after returning from his overseas experience in the U.K. He comes from a hospitality back ground but has been in Sales & Marketing for over five years. Brendon is responsible for the marketing and promotion of all Sanderson Group Villages and care facilities with the main focus of ensuring we keep up to date with this ever changing world of marketing.
George is a registered Chartered Accountant who has been associated with retirement villages for nearly 10 years. George has fifteen years prior experience in corporate management.
Olivia Mishriki (nee Sanderson)
Olivia is Fraser’s eldest daughter. Olivia is a practicing solicitor and has bachelor’s degrees from the University of Auckland in Law and Commerce (Finance). Prior to joining Sanderson Group, Olivia was a solicitor with the Auckland legal practice of Simpson Grierson.
