The year kicks off to a healthy start with 25 residences settled, 21 under construction and four show homes ready to go. Construction has started on the Clubhouse (artist’s impression above) and there is a lovely atmosphere on site thanks to the great bunch of people who call QCC home.
Come to the QCC Community Morning Tea
Come along next Friday, February 8 at 10am to our Community Morning Tea. This event is usually held on the first Friday of the month, but this month we had to move it a week. A great way to meet the locals and have a hot drink and a nibble. All welcome. Please bring a plate. The morning tea will be held in Villa 8. Come through the Main Entrance off Howards Drive and follow the signs. Pictured above: Bill McDonald, Colleen Lavender and Jan Elder.
Show Home Specials
There are four completed villas now ready for you to call home, including a Gibbston Villa (279sqm), Cascade Villa (245spm), Lake Hayes Villa (198sqm) and a Shotover Villa (160sqm). Also, a Kingston Villa near completion (133sqm). Prices start from $750,000 to $1.5M at the moment. We could have you moved in next week! Come for a coffee and a chat. Open week days 10am-3pm and Sunday 1-3pm.
Five Star Quality
The homes at the Queenstown Country Club have great bones. The difference is in the specifications: Insulated slab; water-reticulated underfloor heating; 6 x 2 external walls; insulated internal and external walls; double-glazed thermally broken windows; high ceilings; schist chimneys… the list goes on.
A Superior Location
The Queenstown Country Club is arguably the sunniest site in the Wakatipu Basin. It’s also central and accessible to Queenstown’s bus service network, which is free off peak to Gold Card holders. It’s nice to know you can get around town without being reliant on a car. Queenstown, Arrowtown and Remarkables Park are only a short bus ride away.
