Always something new…
As 2018 comes to a close, we reflect on a vibrant year with 50 homes completed or underway. The grounds are looking immaculate, especially the rural corridor along Ladies Mile Highway; the power lines are down and sheep paddocks in. Construction on The Clubhouse starts this month… There is always something new on the go at the Queenstown Country Club!
Come to our final cuppa for 2018
You’re invited to morning tea this Friday, December 7 at 10am in Villa 136 (come through the Main Entrance and follow the signs). It’s a great way to meet the locals and get a feel for the village atmosphere. Everyone brings a plate to share. Pictured, QCC Project Manager Brent Mitchell with new resident Margaret Chamberlain. Please note that due to the holidays, there won’t be a community morning tea in January. The next event will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019.
Wide Open Spaces
When visitors enter our show home for the first time, they often say it’s bigger and far more luxurious than they expected. The architecture, as well as the park-like setting, is attracting a much younger demographic. The Queenstown Country Club is a lifestyle village for the active retiree, with plenty of space to roam. Just ask new resident Terry Doherty, who gets around the site on his Segway. The entire site is flat; accessibility is a key feature of the master plan.
Holiday Opening Times
The Show Home will be closed from December 21 to January 7, 2019. If you wish to visit during this period, please call Warren on 021 449 122. With prices starting in the 700’s, to just under $2M, there is a villa to suit every lifestyle and price point.
It’s been a great year for sales at the Queenstown Country Club. We really enjoy nurturing buyers and visiting the people when they they move into their new homes. It’s very exciting, and it’s a privilege. To all our residents and prospective buyers, we wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year! Blessings, Warren & Hilary (QCC Sales Team)
