Welcome to the first edition of Bethlehem Shores Highlights for 2018. The new year is off to a busy start with new homes released, additional homes completed at Bethlehem Country Club, and excellent progress on the Bethlehem Shores Club house. In this edition check out the building progress at the club house, meet Simon Duncan our Village Manager and find out about some of the fun activities that keep our residents busy.
Construction of the Club House continues
The construction of the Club house continues to amaze us all as we watch with excitement the significant progress that has been made during the past couple of months. The construction team are well under way installing the roof while also making good progress erecting the internal framing for the offices and movie theatre. We anticipate the first delivery of windows will be in March and the structural steel for the café shortly after. The scale and complexity of this building becomes quite evident when you witness the progress of construction and we congratulate the construction team for their work to date.
11 new homes just released
We are excited to announce resource consent has been approved for 11 new sites at Bethlehem Shores. These sites are in some of the most desirable locations within
the village. Some offer spectacular views to the Kaimai Ranges as shown in the photo above and in addition to the magnificent views residents will enjoy close proximity to the club house. These lots have a range of well designed floor plans with the majority offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double garaging and superb indoor outdoor flow. These homes will not be available for long, call the sales team today to find out more.
Out and about with residents
It’s always a delight to check in with residents and find out a bit more about the social activities that make the Bethlehem Shores community so special. The latest edition to the social groups is the ‘Shore Voices’, a group of 20-30 residents who have come together to create their very own choir. Although this is a relatively new group they are already planning performances within the village and out in the community. The wine club is having a good attendance with a number of residents coming together to share wines, discuss viticulture and enjoy the company of like minded people. In addition to the mentioned hobby groups residents are
enjoying other activities such as mahjong, croquet, investor group and pilates, just to name a few. Keep an eye out for the inter village golf day, Omokoroa Country Estate currently hold the trophy but I know Bethlehem Country Club & Bethlehem Shores teams will be looking to change that.
