Fraser is a 'hands on' owner, being involved in every aspect of acquisition, development, construction, marketing, and ongoing operation. He has been active in the industry since 1987, developing and operating six retirement villages/facilities.

Olivia Mishriki (nee Sanderson)
General Counsel
Olivia is Fraser’s eldest daughter. Olivia is a practicing solicitor and has bachelor's degrees from the University of Auckland in Law and Commerce (Finance). Prior to joining Sanderson Group, Olivia was a solicitor with the Auckland legal practice of Simpson Grierson.

Heidi Scott (nee Sanderson)
Marketing & Sales
Heidi is Fraser’s second daughter. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Communications (with a major in Journalism) from Auckland University of Technology. Prior to joining Sanderson Group, Heidi worked for a publically listed retirement village developer/operator in the Marketing Department.

Nathan Sanderson
Project Manager
Nathan is Fraser's only son and has grown up working in the business. At the age of 2 Nathan would walk around the building site with his hammer directing staff and 'helping' with the construction. He has since studied a Bachelor of Construction majoring in Property Development. Walking the steps of his father, he plans to build on Sanderson Group’s successes and help take it to the next level.

Financial Controller
George is a registered Chartered Accountant who has been associated with retirement villages since 2004. George has fifteen years experience in corporate management.

Diane Rodger
General Manager - Care Services
Diane has almost 30 years experience in specialized nursing, including over 15 years of leadership experience in palliative and dementia care within rest home and private care facilities. Diane's role involves ensuring our care facilities are safe, effective and efficient, and appropriate to the needs of our residents and ensuring our high standards of care and service are provided to our residents.
