Our serviced apartments are one or two bedrooms with well appointed en suites. All are light and airy and finished to a luxurious standard. Many have views over Hamilton city and the surrounding parklands. The city lights at night are spectacular.

Our serviced apartments are primarily designed for those who require assistance with their everyday living. Flexible care packages offer residents ongoing security and peace of mind, knowing that care levels can be increased up to rest home stage. We will discuss your individual requirements for services and assistance, and will tailor a package that best suits your needs. Of course you will have preferential transfer to our rest home should you wish.

Our rest home is a state-of-the-art facility for those who require full time professional care. In total, there are 39 spacious and luxurious individual rooms, all with their own private en suite bathrooms, wardrobes and storage space. We encourage you to bring your cherished pieces of furniture to help make this special place your home.

This is your home, and as such, your guests are welcome at any time you wish.

The Cascades care facility operate under District Health Board contract criteria and are available to government subsidised residents.
